Employees and spouses on the QuikTrip HMO Health Plan can get an Annual Health Assessment by scheduling with QuikMed or through Quest Diagnostics. The Annual Health Assessment provides many health indicators that can be discussed with your doctor. Dependents under the age of 18 are not eligible for an Annual Health Assessment. Dependents over the age of 18 have the option to get an Annual Health Assessment.
